The contemporary redesign features sleek, open spaces, luxury finishes, and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living. The stunning kitchen was recognised by the SBID International Design Awards 2025 for its exceptional design and innovative approach.

What started as a furniture search became a full design collaboration, with FCI London creating a cohesive vision. The living room features a striking marble fireplace, and the open-plan kitchen and dining area blends natural stone finishes with sculptural lighting, with effortless elegance throughout.
The brief was clear but open-ended: hotel suite luxury, warm tones with a burnt orange accent, and space to entertain eight for dinner. The challenge? A listed building with strict soundproofing requirements, existing carpet that needed replacing, and a client who was hesitant about some of the 3D renders. The result? A home she now describes as perfect - and a project Benjamin still calls "my little baby."
