Opera Contemporary is a design company based out of Cabiate, near Milan, an Italian commune renowned for its exclusive furniture production. Opera Contemporary is a relatively recent brand, set up in 2010 as a modern extension of the famed Angelo Cappellini line of classic furniture which has been around since 1886. While craftsmanship remains an integral part of Opera Contemporary, it has been complemented by state-of-the-art machinery at its 12,000 square metrers facility. Here, critical importance is especially given to the fabrics used for production, with a dedicated set of suppliers being relied upon for them.

Refinement and understated elegance are the core values of its vast furniture collection which has been suitably categorised along four distinct product lines as per the space they are meant to be used deployed in - living room, dining room, bedroom, and home office.
