Laskakas, a Portuguese design company, specialises in the creation of household furniture and embellishing items. From the very outset, its mission has been to embody aesthetic and unique design, so much so that it considers itself to be decorating life! Standout characteristics of its furniture items include elegance and uniqueness with a bold, contemporary touch. From its relatively humble beginnings in 2003, Laskakas has managed to garner a significant presence for itself, both within and outside Portugal. This includes (as of 2018) 10 stores all over Portugal as well as acclaimed Laskasas stores in Luanda, Angola; Shenzhen, China; and Marbella, Spain.

Customisation is a key component of Laskasas product offerings. Whether it is the fabrics that are deployed or the finishes that are applied or even the colours that are used, there’s extensive customisation involved at every step. This has proven to be a major driver for Laskasas’ marked presence in both the hospitality sector as well as numerous private projects. Laskakas is ably supported by group companies under the Laskakas S.A. umbrella which include Domkapa (upholstery production) and Serralux (metal furniture production). Amidst all this, sustainability is a value graciously embraced by Laskakas, amply visible in its numerous social projects.
