FCI Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

This referral scheme is open to all existing customers and leads of FCI London ("the Company"). Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.

Referral Code:

Eligible participants will receive an individual referral code. This code must be shared by the participant with friends or acquaintances ("the Friend" or "Friends") who are not current customers or leads of the Company.

Leads or customers who are already in the FCI database will not count as “Friends” for the purposes of this offer.

Discount Offer:

Friends who make a purchase using a valid referral code will receive a 20% discount on their purchase based on the offer linked to that particular referral code and provided that:

• The purchase is a new sale based exclusively on items priced at the Company's Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs)
• The offer is not applicable to promotional items or items already discounted. The discount applies only to RRPs and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Reward for Referrer:

The referring participant will receive a £250 credit note from the Company based on the offer linked to that particular referral code and, subject to the following conditions:

• The Friend must complete their purchase and pay in full for the referring participant to be eligible for the gift voucher.
• The total value of the Friend's purchase after the voucher discount must be at least £2000 for the referral to be deemed successful.
• The credit note will be sent to the referring participant within 30 days of the Friend's purchase completion and payment.
• The credit note can only be used to purchase items at RRP and not discounted, sale or clearance items.
• The credit note is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General Conditions:

• The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and their compliance with these terms.
• The referral code is unique to each participant and should not be shared or distributed through channels where the participant has no personal acquaintance.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend this scheme without prior notice at any time.
• This referral scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount provided by the Company.

Data Protection:

The Company will use personal information collected from participants solely in connection with administering this referral scheme and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

FCI London reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
