Contactless COVID-19 Special Delivery Conditions:

To ensure everyone's safety, we kindly request you to follow and respect the guidelines below:

1. Please immediately cancel your delivery if anyone in your household is suffering with COVID-19 symptoms.
2. Please confirm you are happy for our teams to carry out a "contactless" delivery - this entails you opening the door for them, showing them to the delivery room (always whilst maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters) and then leave them to carry out the installation.
3. Please do not offer the installation team any beverages or snacks as they have been instructed to decline these.
4. Please do not enter the installation room until they have completed their work.
5. Please keep the installation room well ventilated.
6. Please wear a mask or handkerchief over your mouth when interacting with the installation team.
7. Please wear gloves when signing and handing over the delivery paperwork.
