Interior Design and 3d visualization
For Interior designers & Architects, we can produce photorealistic 3D visuals for you to pass onto you clients. This saves you time and allows clients to see exactly what you are designing for them. It means you don't have to spend days producing mood boards and when you want changes made, we can turn thing around in hours for you.
For Developers - once you have your plans approved and you start your build (or refurbishment), send us AutoCAD drawings and we can virtually furnish the interiors, in 2 or 3 different styles if required (to pitch to different end clients), design a website for the project and create a complete presentation that your property agents can use to start marketing the property months before it's actually ready, saving you time and creating a great buzz around the project.
Our 3D service is just risk management. All the mistakes that could happen on the project, happen on our screens, are picked up and corrected, leaving very little room for error.
Budget management & Trade Prices
We've been in the industry for nearly 30 year and command some serious purchasing power.
We work with over 700 different brands and will work within agreed budgets. Our trade clients benefit from our supplier relationships and we are always open to sitting down and discussing trade discounts over a coffee.
Of course it's possible that your client may not have the budget to purchase from fci, but we urge you not to make an assumptions without speaking with us first.
Plans and measurements
We can either work with plans that you supply us or we have a site measure service, where our team will go to site and take all the necessary measurements
Delivery & Installation
Once the orders for furniture have been placed, we manage all the administration and ensure that the goods are produced correctly and in a timely fashion.
All deliveries and installations are carried out by our in house installation team. 99% of furniture retailers in the UK sub contract this; we don't. Our teams are extremely well trained and have been the company fitting expensive furniture for many years. They know what they're doing and understand how to treat our furniture and your client's home.
